Champion and Reserve Champion Awards for the 2008 LVCCDS Show Season

Awards are limited to one rider/horse combination per division, and per type of show (rated or schooling). Rider must be an LVCCDS member at the time the scores are earned.

If the rider/horse combination competes at more than one level, they will be eligible for one award at all levels shown.

In the event the same rider/horse combination earns the highest average at both types of shows, the rated show shall take precedence and be the one awarded.

Scores from all rated and schooling shows within our area will be used for determination. The show year shall be from February 1, 2008 through November 30, 2008.

Rider/horse combination must attend a minimum of two shows of the same type. The scores from all the shows will be collected by the awards committee and tabulated as follows:

• The rider’s 2 top scores of the level will be used to determine their average.
• All tests of the level will be considered when tabulating the rider/horse combination’s highest scores.
• The highest average will be awarded the championship, the second highest average will be awarded the reserve championship.
• Awards will be given, and the winners will be recognized at the awards ceremony during the year end banquet. Results will also be posted on the LVCCDS website.
